A shop assistant selling car radios and fixing people’s windscreen wipers at the weekends, moving on to University to study Computer Systems with Business and then moving into recruitment after graduating.

Designing and managing innovative in-house and outsourced recruitment solutions in over 30 different countries, and generating businesses such as GE, the BBC, Lloyds Banking Group and the Nuclear Decommissioning Estate, over £25m in recruitment hard savings.

James Dale
Started out as:
A campsite assistant in France, aged 16.

Shijin Peter
Started out as:
A Technical Support Associate with a start-up, helping customers from different parts of the world who use VPN services, by solving their technical issues over a chat application. Later realised the scope of technologies and the world of Technical Recruitment.

Proudest of being someone coming from a south Indian village who studied in a non-English medium school and achieving this position to work with you all in the UK.

Preeja Premkumar
Started out as:
A Process Associate in Accenture for Royal and Sun Alliance (RSA) and then internally got promoted as a Quality Analyst where I used to audit UK customer calls. Then, after a couple of years, I got the chance to explore and work in Recruitment and its processes, which I find so interesting and am still exploring.

Achieving all assigned targets and closures in almost all quarters during my recruitment career.

Kasar Shaid
Started out as:
Shelf-stacker at the local B&Q part-time whilst studying Software Engineering at University, then moving into IT Sales for a number of years, and eventually falling into selling people and Recruitment.
