One area we had found difficult when working with agencies or hiring ourselves was being able to get a strong first impression from a CV alone when the roles we often hire pull in different skills from several common roles. YTS suggested that we introduce a short one-way video stage to our hiring process to review alongside a CV and candidate summary.
